Please pray for a great number of Japanese people to hear about the birth of Jesus this Christmas and that they will come to faith in Christ.
Let us pray for many, many Japanese people to hear the Christmas story for the first time this year, and as they hear/read the account, please pray for the Holy Spirit to open their hearts to pay attention to the truth of His Word (Acts 16:14). Pray for them to believe on Christ Jesus for salvation and to worship the Lord in Spirit and truth.
Let us also pray for those who have heard/read the account of the birth of Christ before, and let us pray that this year, at this time, the Lord will remove the scales from their spiritual eyes and grant them eternal life in Jesus. Pray for them no longer to dwell in darkness but to be brought into the Lord’s marvelous light according to his great power.
In Jesus’s Name we ask these things. Amen.
